Camden Moves to Tackle Inequality

A new report helps public sectors and governmental institutions to tackle inequality, which is a major issue in the London borough of Camden.

The research lists six recommendations, the sole purpose of witch is to improve the life of people, living in social housing. These recommendations include training and education schemes for teenagers and initiatives for more effective spendings. Also , Camden is to become the so called “no wrong door” borough, which in essence will prevent vulnerable residents sliding into crisis.

Other measures include decreasing the unemployment among mothers.

According to the Council-commissioned Equality Taskforce, such measures would help to make Camden a much nicer place for residents and visitors alike, just like the cleaners in Camden do.
